Rules: - You can challenge player immediately above you, or the one immediately above him/her.
- We will have "wildcard" periods, where anyone can challenge anyone.
- If you challenge and give 3 alternative dates (must be 2 weeks between first and last to allow for holidays), your opponent must accept one of the dates or forfit the match. Weekends and evenings are obviously preferable for many of us.
- The format is up to the challengee (may have made that word up - meaning, not the challenger). This means it could be best of 3 sets, or perhaps just one set when you find yourselves both at Mens night (or social tennis) and fancy a bit of singles.
- More rules will inevitably follow when we get some idea about what we are doing.
- The ladder will be maintained using a spreadsheet on the website. The winner will be expected to record the result of the match and change the player positions.
