 On Sept 25th a number of BTC members took part in a charity tournament to raise money for the Chengelo school in Zambia. The initial rounds were played on 4 courts at various homes around the town and the semis and final were then played at Robin and Flora Pedler's court on Grove Road. The tournament was eventually won by our members Kristian Merritt and Jackie Martin and an enjoyable day was topped off with a tasty barbecue. Many thanks to all those who took part and everyone who helped out with the organisation. |
